episode 32

We finally have the long lost episode we have promised forever! Chris and I sat down to chat about a ton of differnt things, then I followed up with an interview of Bill Nguyen from Lala. Bill and I chatted about Lala, taking funding, and purchasing a radio station.

Been waiting for this for weeeeks now! :) How about adding it to the iTunes feed? Odd but for some reason I can never import the downloadable MP3 versions into my iPod... Great show guys!

Justin, Thanks for the comment, I didn't realize that feedburner didn't update correctly. I had to resync before it tagged the mp3 as an enclosure. Feedburner is really a pain for podcasting support.

Great to see you guys finally back, I missed ya ;-) I've also been using monit and love it, though I question its ability as a solution to scale a cluster. I'm checking out Nagios as well though. Have you guys thought about solutions for this once you move past a few servers?

Great show guys! It is great to hear a new podcast. I am glad to hear that there are more on the way. What are the chances that we could get some show notes posted? ;-) You guys listed a lot of great sites. Just want to check them out. Keep up the good work!

Hey guys! Great show. I'm really excited about hearing your next show on servers. I have one dedicated server right now with xlhost.com. I would like to move to a better network and a faster computer. Layeredtech seems like a good service. I'm using CentOS 4.4 with cPanel right now. What OS would you guys recommend for an ATHLON-4000 system? Are you guys using Redhat or something else? Is it worth the extra price? I've always had problems with my email server loosing emails. Do you use Exim or another mail software? Thanks
